Moto Guzzi Motorcycles
Situated on Lake Como in northern Italy, Moto Guzzi is best known for its stalwart air-cooled longitudinal V-twins. But the company’s roots are tremendously exciting. Early Moto Guzzi Grand Prix racers won eight world championships through 1957, its burly Ambassador touring bikes were once popular as police motors, and the artistically styled Le Mans succeeded on both street and track. Today, eight Moto Guzzi motorcycle models are available in the US. Buyers get something different with each one, starting with a choice of three V7 models borrowing their spare looks from the V7 Sport of the 1970s. Cruiser fans can choose from a pair of California 1400 models, while the Stelvio 1200 NTX adventure bike and Norge GT 8V sport tourer are ready to travel fast and far. The Griso 8V SE adds naked-bike attitude.
